We offer free international shipping over 50.00 GBP / 200.00 AED. Shipping times vary by location. It's important to keep in mind that weekends are not counted as business days. Please bear in mind that our store will do everything necessary to make delivery as quick and easy as feasible.

  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

We’ll cover duty costs on all orders. Additional taxes may apply according to local legislation.

Order tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp containing all the necessary details.
  • Throughout the shipping process, we will provide regular updates at each stage so that you can stay informed about the status of your parcel.

Return & Exchange policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Return Items & shipping fee is paid by buyer.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • If you did not receive your product within 20 days you will get a full refund of your purchase.
    We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
    Return to sender parcels
    If your products are returned to us by the postal service because you haven’t taken delivery, we will contact you to let you know. If the product has been returned to us as a result of our error, we will resend the product to you by standard post for no extra charge.

    If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:

    • redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery costs, or
    • refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs) dependent on whether it remains in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred including re-delivery costs.

    If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. Nspire accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In this case, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.

    Please note, that we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.

    Order cancellation
    You can cancel within 30 minutes of purchase.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
